Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy – Kunduj Collection

Customers have the right to withdraw from their order and return the product within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt, without providing any reason, in accordance with the applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in line with e-commerce standards.

Any clear written notice (such as an email) is accepted.
Sending your withdrawal request before the fourteen-day period ends is sufficient for the request to be considered valid.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

– The item must be in excellent condition, unused, undamaged, and clean.
– The product must be returned exactly as received, including:
the carpet / artwork, certificate of authenticity (if applicable), original packaging, and any accompanying items.
– Returns are not accepted for items that have been damaged after receipt or whose condition has changed.

Return Shipping Costs

We cover the return shipping costs within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
For international returns (outside Saudi Arabia), costs may vary depending on the country, and the customer may be responsible for the return cost if applicable.

Refund Process

Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within fourteen (14) days using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless another method is expressly agreed upon.
No additional fees will be imposed on the customer for the refund.

The establishment may postpone the refund until the product is received or until the customer provides proof of shipment — whichever occurs first.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the integrity of rare and high-value pieces, the following items are non-returnable:

– Items damaged after receipt
– Items that have been cleaned or used in the home
– Custom-made or personalized orders (if applicable)

Dispute Resolution and Complaints

If it is not possible to resolve any dispute regarding the order or the service, the customer may submit a complaint through the services portal of the Ministry of Commerce via the following link:

By clicking the link, the customer will be directed to the Ministry’s official services page.

This policy is part of the official legal notice and policies of Kunduj Collection and must be accepted by the customer as a condition of completing the purchase.

 

 

سياسة الانسحاب والاسترجاع – Kunduj Collection

يحق للعميل الانسحاب من الطلب وإعادة المنتج خلال أربعة عشر (14) يوماً من تاريخ الاستلام، دون الحاجة لذكر الأسباب، وذلك وفق الأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية وبما يتوافق مع معايير التجارة الإلكترونية.

لممارسة حق الانسحاب أو طلب الاسترجاع، يُرجى التواصل معنا عبر إحدى قنوات التواصل الرسمية أدناه مع ذكر رقم الطلب وتفاصيل التوصيل:

يُقبل أي إشعار خطّي واضح (مثل رسالة بريد إلكتروني) كطلب انسحاب معتمد.
ويُعتبر إرسال طلب الانسحاب قبل انتهاء فترة الأربعة عشر يوماً كافياً لاعتماد الطلب.

شروط الاسترجاع

تُقبل الإرجاعات وفق الشروط التالية:

  • أن تكون القطعة بحالة ممتازة، غير مستخدمة، غير متضررة، ونظيفة.

  • إعادة المنتج بالشكل نفسه الذي تم استلامه به، بما يشمل:
    السجادة/القطعة الفنية، شهادة الأصالة (إن وجدت)، التغليف الأصلي، وأي عناصر مرافقة.

  • لا تُقبل الإرجاعات للقطع التي تعرضت للتلف بعد الاستلام أو التي تغيّرت حالتها.

تكاليف الشحن للإرجاع

  • نتحمّل تكاليف الشحن للإرجاع داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.

  • بالنسبة للإرجاعات الدولية (خارج السعودية)، قد تختلف التكاليف حسب الدولة، وقد يتحمل العميل تكلفة الإرجاع إذا لزم الأمر.

آلية معالجة الاسترجاع واسترداد المبلغ

بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه، يتم إرجاع المبلغ خلال أربعة عشر (14) يوماً باستخدام نفس وسيلة الدفع التي تمت بها عملية الشراء، ما لم يتم الاتفاق على طريقة أخرى صراحةً.
لا يتم فرض أي رسوم إضافية على العميل مقابل الاسترداد.

قد تؤجل المنشأة عملية استرداد المبلغ حتى يتم استلام المنتج أو تقديم العميل ما يثبت إرسال الشحنة — أيهما أسبق.

المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع

حفاظاً على سلامة القطع النادرة وعالية القيمة، لا يمكن إرجاع الحالات التالية:

  • المنتجات المتضررة بعد الاستلام

  • المنتجات التي تم استخدامها أو تنظيفها داخل المنزل

  • الطلبات المخصصة أو المصممة خصيصاً (إن وجدت)

حل النزاعات وتقديم الشكاوى

في حال تعذّر حل أي نزاع يتعلق بالطلب أو الخدمة، يمكن للعميل تقديم شكوى عبر بوابة خدمات وزارة التجارة من خلال الرابط التالي:

وسيتم توجيه العميل مباشرةً إلى صفحة الخدمات الرسمية للوزارة.

ملاحظة قانونية

تشكل هذه السياسة جزءاً من الإشعارات والسياسات القانونية الخاصة بـ Kunduj Collection، ويُعد قبولها شرطاً من شروط إتمام عملية الشراء.
