Terms and Conditions – Kunduj Trading Establishment (Kunduj Collection)

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Kunduj Collection website, operated by Kunduj Trading Establishment, registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

These terms apply to all individual customers inside or outside Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law.

2. Formation of Contract

The display of products on our website constitutes an invitation to purchase.
Once the customer confirms the order and completes payment, a binding purchase contract is formed between the customer and Kunduj Trading Establishment.

An order confirmation will be sent to the customer via the email provided during checkout.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices shown include VAT (where applicable).
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, shipping method, product weight, and dimensions.

Kunduj Trading Establishment covers return shipping costs within Saudi Arabia for eligible return requests.
International returns are handled according to the destination’s regulations and shipping rates.

4. Payment Methods

We offer the following payment options:

  • Bank cards

  • Bank transfer

  • Online payment services

  • Other approved payment gateways displayed on the website

Submitting an order constitutes acknowledgment of payment responsibility.

5. Delivery

  1. Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer, within Saudi Arabia or internationally.

  2. Delivery times may be affected by external conditions such as customs procedures, weather, shipping company delays, or force majeure events.

  3. Large items (such as oversized carpets) may be delivered through specialized freight services. Delivery personnel may not be required to carry items inside the residence.

6. Return and Withdrawal Policy

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, provided that:

  • The item remains in its original condition

  • The product has not been used or damaged

  • It is returned with original packaging, certificates, and accessories

Return shipping within Saudi Arabia is covered by Kunduj Trading Establishment.
International return shipping costs depend on the destination and shipping carrier.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after inspecting the returned item, using the same payment method originally used.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom or personalized pieces

  • Items used or damaged after delivery

7. Retention of Title

Products remain the property of Kunduj Trading Establishment until full payment has been received.

8. Quality Guarantee

Kunduj Trading Establishment guarantees that all pieces are authentic and accurately described.

If a manufacturing defect is identified (excluding misuse), we will:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Refund the purchase amount after inspection

The guarantee does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from improper use

  • Improper storage

  • Moisture, sunlight, chemicals, or environmental damage

9. Limitation of Liability

Kunduj Trading Establishment is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Force majeure events

  • Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or negligence

Liability is limited to what is permitted under Saudi Arabian law.

 

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All transactions and contractual relationships are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes lies with the courts of Saudi Arabia.

11. Final Provisions

  • If any clause of these Terms becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

  • Kunduj Trading Establishment reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
    The updated version will be published on the website.

 

 

لشروط والأحكام – منشأة كندوج التجارية (Kunduj Collection)

1. نطاق التطبيق

تسري هذه الشروط والأحكام على جميع المشتريات التي تتم عبر موقع Kunduj Collection التابع لمنشأة كندوج التجارية والمسجَّلة في المملكة العربية السعودية.

تنطبق هذه الشروط على جميع العملاء داخل المملكة وخارجها، وذلك وفقًا لنظام التجارة الإلكترونية في المملكة العربية السعودية.

2. إبرام العقد

يُعد عرض المنتجات على موقعنا دعوةً للشراء.
وبمجرد تأكيد العميل للطلب وإتمام عملية الدفع، يُعد ذلك عقد شراء مُلزماً بين العميل ومنشأة كندوج التجارية.

يتم إرسال تأكيد الطلب إلى البريد الإلكتروني الذي يقدمه العميل أثناء عملية الدفع.

3. الأسعار وتكاليف الشحن

  • جميع الأسعار المعروضة تشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة (إن وجدت).

  • تختلف تكاليف الشحن حسب الوجهة وطريقة الشحن ووزن المنتج وأبعاده.

تتحمل منشأة كندوج التجارية تكاليف الشحن للإرجاع داخل المملكة العربية السعودية للطلبات المؤهلة للإرجاع.
أما الإرجاعات الدولية فتُطبَّق عليها أنظمة الدولة المرسَل إليها وتكاليف شركات الشحن الدولية.

4. طرق الدفع

نوفر طرق الدفع التالية:

  • البطاقات البنكية

  • التحويل البنكي

  • خدمات الدفع الإلكتروني

  • أي بوابات دفع أخرى معتمدة تظهر في الموقع

إتمام الطلب يُعد إقراراً من العميل بتحمُّل مسؤولية الدفع.

5. التوصيل

يتم توصيل الطلبات إلى العنوان الذي يقدمه العميل، سواء داخل المملكة أو دوليًا.

قد تتأثر مواعيد التوصيل بعوامل خارجة عن إرادتنا، مثل إجراءات الجمارك، أو الظروف الجوية، أو تأخيرات شركات الشحن، أو حالات القوة القاهرة.

قد يتم توصيل القطع الكبيرة (مثل السجاد كبير الحجم) عبر خدمات شحن متخصصة.
وقد لا يكون موظفو التوصيل ملزمين بنقل القطع داخل المنزل.

6. سياسة الإرجاع والانسحاب

يجوز للعميل طلب الإرجاع خلال 14 يوماً من استلام المنتج، بشرط:

  • أن تكون القطعة بحالتها الأصلية

  • ألا تكون مستعملة أو متضررة

  • أن يتم إرجاعها بالتغليف الأصلي مع الشهادات والملحقات

تتحمّل منشأة كندوج التجارية تكلفة الشحن للإرجاع داخل المملكة.
أما الإرجاعات الدولية فتخضع لتكاليف الشحن وفق الدولة وشركة النقل.

يتم استرداد المبلغ خلال 14 يوماً بعد فحص المنتج المرتجع، وذلك باستخدام وسيلة الدفع نفسها التي استُخدمت في الطلب ما لم يتم الاتفاق على غير ذلك.

المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع تشمل:

  • القطع المصممة خصيصاً

  • القطع المستخدمة أو المتضررة بعد الاستلام

7. الاحتفاظ بالملكية

تبقى المنتجات ملكاً لمنشأة كندوج التجارية حتى استلام كامل المبلغ المستحق.

8. ضمان الجودة

تضمن منشأة كندوج التجارية أن جميع القطع أصلية ومطابقة للوصف المذكور في الموقع.

في حال وجود عيب مصنعي (غير ناتج عن سوء استخدام)، سنقوم بـ:

  • استبدال القطعة، أو

  • إعادة قيمة الشراء بعد الفحص

ولا يشمل الضمان:

  • الأضرار الناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام

  • التخزين غير السليم

  • التعرض للرطوبة أو الشمس أو المواد الكيميائية أو أي عوامل بيئية

9. حدود المسؤولية

لا تتحمل منشأة كندوج التجارية مسؤولية:

  • التأخيرات الناتجة عن شركات الشحن

  • حالات القوة القاهرة

  • الأضرار الناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام أو الإهمال

وتقتصر المسؤولية على الحدود التي يسمح بها النظام في المملكة العربية السعودية.

10. القانون المعمول به والاختصاص القضائي

تخضع جميع المعاملات والعقود للقوانين والأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.

ويكون الاختصاص الحصري في أي نزاع للمحاكم السعودية.

11. أحكام ختامية

إذا أصبح أي بند من هذه الشروط غير صالح، تبقى بقية البنود سارية وفعّالة.

تحتفظ منشأة كندوج التجارية بالحق في تحديث هذه الشروط في أي وقت، وسيتم نشر النسخة المحدّثة على الموقع.
